Phi Alpha Honor Society Licensure: Hawaii Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#3664) valid and in good standing since August, 2010 Member of the National Association of Social Workers

My previous work experience includes over 15 years of providing community based services to homeless youth and adults suffering from severe and persistent mental illness. In my practice, I currently work with adults suffering from depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, substance abuse issues, and those who are going through a common change of life experience. Seeking therapy is a courageous step toward recovery. I provide a safe, supporting, and nurturing environment and feel privileged to be a part of the healing process.

Insurance/Payment

I am credentialed with most insurance companies in Hawaii: HMSA (quest), Aloha Care (quest), MDX, HMA, HMAA, Tri Care, and Medicare. For those who are not insured or wish to pay cash, my current rate for each individual session is $100. A sliding scale can be arranged depending on financial need and availability in my practice.
